This is based on parts of the original W3SE cover. It has been modified into a special userbar for the true Wipeout fan. Since no one else did work for this, I figured I might give it a shot. It looked pretty stupid when it had an ellipse over the top, so I chose to bevel and emboss the userbar instead. I figured it would look better that way. |
