Can i please have a userbar for a madden site that im a part of.

I would like you to do something with this picture, its the banner for the site

I dont know what i really want done with it, but you guys are artists, im sure you can make it look nice. I guess i just want it to be green based, and if you can somehow fit in the quote "If its in the game, Its in the Lab" then that would be great.
