i'm a complete beginner, and a hack photoshop user! LOL ... but these are my first efforts ... for various purposes (my site, a charity i host, soccer, etc).

i'd love some feedback and ideas how i can improve my technique and style!

there quite good     just remember to save in .png unless animated and the text is a bit blury turn anti aliasing off

ahhh, i noticed that the text wasn't sharp ... i didn't think about anti-aliasing ... thanks for the tip! 

i'm saving in gif to keep the file size down ... is there much difference in file size between the two formats??

no difference at all most of the time and if it is it only a cuple of kb
