hi there
Would you please explain step # 6 , i dont get that one when you say click on it and then press CTR+t , while holding the Shift key , i tried that and nothing had happened ,
i know alittle bit about photoshop and i know how to make bars , but the problem always is to resize a picture . so you will do me a big favor to teach me how to resize the pictures

You dont have to use that way, do this:
Press ctrl + t, click the chain button between where it says 100% to lock the aspect ratio(basically thats what shift does) and then click on one of the 100% and hold down, the imaage will reduce size. But be sure to place it on the canvas so that when it resizes you know how much it has been resized.

He wanted to say:
Press CTRL+T (Free Transform) then while resizing (clicking and dragging those little squares at the corners of the image) hold down SHIFT to lock the aspect ratio.

Just as an option, u can keep also the ALT key pressed to resize in all directions at once.
