Trouble With Animation

I went to the animate page ...   http://www.userbars.org/animation/

I tried to put in 2 ready made userbars to 'switch' back and forth from on a webboard .. and it never works for me.  What should I be doing, that I am obviously not doing?

I have been putting in the BB code, of 2 ready made userbars.  Is that right?
