how do you make it so that you can like combine 20 userbars into one and then make them scroll so that you can see all of them??

I suppose it is .gif animation.
 You can make it with ImageReady. Make all bars in Photoshop in one .psd file (one bar-one layer), make visible and active only first layer,  then  File>Edit in ImageReady (Shift+Ctrl+M), then in Animation window click little blue triangle in top right corner , choose Make Frames From Layers.Adjust time for all frames.
In Optimize window pick Format: GIF (or Preset: GIF…), adjust it if you want, and  File>Save Optimized as…

I used "Gif Movie Gear" it is so simple to make the animation... you only need do insert the frames and set the time of the frame changes!

yea it is easy with movie gear but resolution of bars isn't that great ...

I can't click on make frames from layers ... you know it's grey  Undecided why ?

Try this: Image> Mode> 8 Bits/Channel, then send the .psd to ImageReady.

You can use Microsoft GIF Animator.It is freeware and very simple to use.

some error appears when I try to install it ... I download it from others site and same shit ...

I tried it in my PC and it is OK. Try to disable  A/V prog. Maybe it stops change of Registry.
