If anyone is still here and interested, the
Userbar Designer recently added dynamic text options.. so you can create a userbar and then have the text change every time it is viewed based on information pulled from an rss feed, a counter, your WoW stats, xbox live or a bunch of others. Here are some examples:
I know some people here would prefer to design their own userbars in photoshop or whatever, but you can still do that, just leave out the text and border and then import it as a logo layer in ubdesigner so that i can host the userbar and generate the dynamic text. I say leave the border off if you are importing your own userbar because ubdesigner will add one automatically and if the alignment of the import is off by a pixel you'll get a double border on the edges.

One thing to note, you can not include dynamic userbars in an animation or host them anywhere else as the dynamicness happens on ubdesigner, and will be lost if the image is rehosted.
