Okay... I made a user bar and I want it to have text animation. I want it to uhm... Like, it says "Chameleon" So first the "C" becomes shines, then the "C" stops shining and the "H" shines and like that... haha Idk how to explain it xD Like it shines... how can i make this in photoshop cs3 extended?
