Only edit some userbar[Done]

I'm not sure whether this is possible without starting the userbar from scratch as the whole userbar is a single image as it exists now. i.e. it isn't possible to remove the text from the rest of the image without it looking scruffy.

Who did the original userbar? If you can get hold of the original with all its individual components, then the image would be able to be altered easily. Alternately, contact the original creator of the userbar.

Can anyone else elaborate on this?

it would take time to erase and touch up but it can be done.  I wont cause I dont like to edit someone elses work.  I'd get the person who made the original bar to see if he/she would edit it for you or request a new bar.

can you just make same userbar with same text "I HACK,BAN ME!" and add text  "Haki"  i dont care about background.Plz make
