Can someone make me a userbar for a website, plz [Done]

First of hello 

I am a mod over on a website site and I would like a user bar made so users can use it in there sigs etc .

I have tried to make my own but to be honest its nothing like the professional looking ones I have seen over here.

I would like it to have the logo on it, be the same two colours that are in the banner and also have the text tha-tracker.net addict.

Oh and also have a glass like sheen to it ,  saying that anything that you choose to do will be ok as well as all the work over here is amazing
