i have like a really big problem and i hope somebody can help me with it
so im using GIMP but when i am finished and i add a border to the userbar (sized then 350-19)
i suddenly get two points more so the size turns out to 352-21 i dont know what i do wrong.
Still i always use a 1pixel border

can somebody help its a bit anoying i need to start my userbar at 348-17 so when i am finished i get a 19 userbar and it isnt practical to do.

have you done the border outside in? instead of inside out

i dont know what you mean with that ?

look here is how i ad a border.
so i go to script-Fu and pic Decor
then i go to add border and the only thing u can pic there is watch u see on the image.



so i changed it to black and to 1 point horizontal and 1 point vertical
i puch OK
and this is what i get



see i dont know what i do wrong :/

1 way to do it would be to zoom in and use line/pencil tool
on a new layer and save it as png

If that doesn't work, open it using paint and use the box shape thingy XD

--> i just opened a new image with transparant background sized 348-17 when i added the border it jumped over to 19 and then i just paster it on the "almost" done userbar.
