Is there a certain programs for combining userbars or does anyone have instructions to do it in photoshop? I know you can combine 6 on the site here but I know people that got like 50 different ones combined... thats what im going for...

50 was an exageration LOL... but anyways could you describe

"You can make it with ImageReady. Make all bars in Photoshop in one .psd file (one bar-one layer), make visible and active only first layer,  then  File>Edit in ImageReady (Shift+Ctrl+M), then in Animation window click little blue triangle in top right corner , choose Make Frames From Layers.Adjust time for all frames.
In Optimize window pick Format: GIF (or Preset: GIF…), adjust it if you want, and  File>Save Optimized as…"

Better?? Ive got Photoshop CS2 & Image Ready im just a complete newbie at it though...

i have    ulead  gif aminator  5  2001  i cant make border  or  ////// back grounds

but if u give me a list of them to  download i can make one as big  as u  want
