I don't know is anyone using photofiltre but here it is simplest tutorial for it:

Open up new image (File->New) and change width to 350 and height to 20.

Open up gradient window (Filter->Color->Gradient).Select 2 dark colors and leave opacity at 100% (for best effect use bottom to top direction)

Now click on the Selection->Select All or do it by pressing ctrl+a. Right click on the selection and click on stroke and fill. In stroke options select stroke and leave default options (it should be black color and width 1,if it aint select it). In Fill options select fill, choose white color and in style choose the diagonal lines. Choose opacity at 20 %.

Then add your picture and write text(visitor font, white color, size 10 and in effects tab stroke with black color).

If you want to make shiny effect it's easy, it could be done in 2 steps.

Open up userbar you made before.

Click selection->select all. Move the selection up with your arrows till its down border is at half of the picture or higher. Then click selection->set shape->ellipse.
OR
select ellipse tool and create elipse in upper part of the image(ellipse must have only lower half on the image).
*Do it in the way which is easier to you.

Now right click on the selection nad select stroke and fill(or just press ctrl+b). Disable stroke and enable fill. Choose white color and set opacity to 20%. Click OK.

And that's it

That's the simplest. I'll add more in next days.
