i dont know please help me out here , i tried to but i only find this kind of lines ===

you could use an userbar maker, or just not make them i dont like it and  you could download a userbar.psd and youse the layer of the lines and put it in your work

There are lots of online userbar makers that all you got to do is put the text and image URLs in. It does the rest.

Make a new image with transparent background, resolution 6x6, draw a diagonal line using the pencil tool, and save it as a pattern.
