Can anyone tell me how can i make text shadow like in this ub:
 
I can only make this if effect without text stroke ...

hmmm, I have never tired that before you could try:
dup the layer
then  fliping the text.
Then use eraser tool to remove the part you want.

EDIT:
here is what I came up with!

I make it this way:

1. dub layer
2. flip text
3. add layer mask
3. (work in mask) use gardient tool with black and white color
4. change text transperancy

and final resul is this:


But when add stroke everything goes wrong....

But when add stroke everything goes wrong....

Before adding the mask add the stroke and rasterize the layer (layer-rasterize-type). Doing this you will transform the type to an image, with the border included.

If by dub you're meaning duplicate (I'm not sure Huh ) then Crtl-J should do the trick. Or right click on the layer, as Houck already (said) wrote.
